EVOLUTION PRODUCT WARRANTY & REPAIR INFORMATION

Evolution and Evolution GT Rod Warranty:
Limited Lifetime Warranty – Evolution and Evolution GT rods are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the rod (rod blank) for the original purchaser. You must retain a copy of your dated sales receipt. If your rod fails send it in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, with dated proof of purchase to:

Please include a brief message explaining how the rod was damaged, your return address, daytime telephone number, email address and a check or money order in the amount of $ 15.00 in US Funds for return shipping and handling. If the rod is longer than 8’ or if the destination is outside of the United States of America actual shipping costs will be charged.

If the damage is due to an accident, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear, we will advise you of the cost to repair or replace your rod. We will wait 30 days for your approval. After 30 days the product will be destroyed.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due to failure of the rod unless otherwise specified under various state laws.

Lipper™ Tool's Ultimate Landing Tool:
All models are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Purchaser must retain a dated receipt of purchase.

Returns: Returns must be authorized via email, fax or, mail. Return Authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the package being returned. If packages are not clearly marked with the Return Authorization number or the return is not authorized a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the returning party.
